杜晶,研究员,复旦大学药理学专业博士生导师,现任上海市生物医药技术研究院营养与妇幼健康研究室主任,课题组PI,妇幼健康研究会安全避孕专业委员会、上海市医师协会生殖医学医师分会第二届委员会、上海市抗癌协会遗传性消化道肿瘤专业委员会、中华医学会计划生育学分会生物信息学组委员及中华生殖与避孕杂志通讯编委等。曾在新加坡Duke-NUS医学研究生院进行了两年博士后工作,并曾在澳大利亚阿德莱德大学医学院生殖遗传学研究室进行了1年的访问学者研究。主要从事生殖遗传学、表观遗传学以及基因突变与生殖疾病关联和功能等方面的科研工作。研究内容包括卵巢早衰的发病机制,生殖疾病药物基因组学以及复发性流产的遗传及表观遗传易感因素等,对于流产等疾病分子机理研究取得了初步成果,揭示了某些功能基因多态性、DNA甲基化及非编码RNA等可能发挥的潜在作用,在复发性流产等女性生殖系统相关疾病的遗传学及表观遗传学研究方面形成了一定的研究特色。
近5年先后主持国家自然基金面上项目3项,曾主持及参与国家十三五科技支撑计划项目、国家973项目、国家及上海市自然科学基金等;发表论文100余篇(SCI论文80多篇),相关文章发表在Fertility and Sterility,Clinical Epigenetics, Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism等国际权威杂志上,同时申请了多项发明专利,于2014-2017 年连续入选医学领域中国高被引用论文学者榜单,并于2015、2021年分获妇幼健康科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖。
