徐万祥,1975年毕业于复旦大学生物学系微生物生化专业。1992年11月赴英国剑桥大学Babraham研究所进修分子生物学一年。多次作为短期高级访问学者赴西班牙马德里国家研究院分子生物学研究中心开展合作研究。上海市计划生育科学研究所生殖免疫课题组组长,三级研究员。长期从事人卵透明带(ZP)和人绒毛促性腺激素(hCG)的生殖免疫学、生殖生物学和重组多表位嵌合肽抗原等方面研究,先后主持或参与国家攻关项目、自然科学基金面上项目、上海市重点基础研究和上海市国际科技合作项目等。近年来专注于病毒学领域的病毒编码蛋白的线性抗原表位组学研究,以及重组多表位肽检测抗原/疫苗研制。主要科研成果:1)建立了可用多抗鉴定非构象型抗体所识别线性表位基序的“短肽生物合成法”,为开启IgG-表位组学研究提供了关键技术;2)解码了HPV58型病毒E6、E7和L1三个重要编码蛋白的完整精细线性表位组,充分展现了线性表位组学研究的主要框架和内容。现已发表论著70多篇(其中Sci论文10多篇),申请中国发明专利二十多项(十四项已授权,包括一项授权美国专利)。现为中国免疫学会和上海市免疫学会生殖免疫学分会委员,上海市生物工程学会理事和三届中国动物学会生殖生物学分会理事。
