Chen Liangkang, Make, Han Nationality, a member of Communist Party of China, born in May 1966, Bachelor’s Degree and a professorate senior engineer. 
       Now, he holds the following posts, namely, the Party Branch Secretary of the Drug Development Section (Shanghai Institute of Planned Parenthood Research (SIPPR)), a member of the SIPPR Ethics Committee and a member of SIPPR Commission for Discipline Inspection.
       He is mainly engaged in R & D work of family planning medicine, primarily including (1) R & D of misoprostol as anti-early pregnancy prostaglandin, which has obtained a new drug certificate; (2) R & D and pilot-plant-scale and plant-scale experiments of gestodene bulk drug and tablets, which has obtained a new drug certificate; (3) participation into 2 subjects of the “10th Five Year Plan” and 3 of the “11th Five Year Plan”; (4) presiding and completing 1 subject of the “11th Five Year Plan” National Sci-tech Support Plan Project with the total scientific research fund of RMB 2,500,000; (5) presiding and completing 1 subject of the “12th Five Year Plan” National Sci-tech Support Plan Project with the total scientific research fund of RMB 3,900,000. In addition, he also won first (ranking third) and second prizes (ranking fourth) of the “11th Five-Year Plan” National Population and Family Planning Scientific Achievements, and the third prize of scientific and technological achievements of the National Women's and Children's Health Science and Technology Award. Additionally, he has acquired 3 new drug certificates, 4 new drug production approved documents, 4 new-drug clinically approved documents, 12 Chinese patents ranking second to fourth, published more than 15 papers containing 5 written by him as the first or corresponding author. Moreover, scientific research projects that he participates in have obtained technology transfer fee and product development industrialization income of about RMB 5,000,000 and over RMB 10,000,000 respectively.
